Exacerbate is perhaps the EPs most conventional 'songy'; track, and possibly the most accessible of the selection. It sounds a bit like Radiohead in its melodic beauty and organic rock textures. The way the backing vocals are handled here is masterful - this is great studio craft. There is emotionality to this song that counterbalances the raucous
drama of the other songs. This really is lovely and in its simplicity possesses a universality.
